Monika has been the Practice Manager at St Hilary Group Practice since 2009 and has worked in primary care since 1994.
She is responsible for the day-to-day management of the practice, ensuring that the surgery runs smoothly and that the systems and processes are in place to deliver safe, effective and high-quality patient care. Her role includes overseeing human resources, finance, patient safety, premises, equipment, information technology and the strategic development of the practice.
Since the formation of Primary Care Networks (PCNs), Monika has played an active role in supporting collaborative working across local practices and helping to develop services that benefit patients across the wider community. She now focuses primarily on leading the continued development of St Hilary Group Practice, supporting the GP Partners and practice team to deliver excellent patient care and enhance the services available to patients.
Monika is available throughout the week to receive comments, feedback and suggestions from patients and is committed to ensuring the practice continues to provide a friendly, professional and patient-centred service.
Outside of work, Monika lives locally with her husband and their two dogs. She enjoys spending time in the garden, walking the dogs and paper crafting.
